Texas state Representative, Leo Berman, has proposed a bill that would allow faith-based educational facility, the Institute for Creation Research, to bestow Masters of Creationism upon its graduates.
The bill would make private, non-profit educational instutions exempt from rulings made by the Texas' Higher Education Coordinating Board. The Board previously ruled against allowing Master of Creationism degrees.
